Tag Trojans Smiths RFC (Pre-School to Year 2) (3 - 7yrs) at Smiths RFC, Cheltenham.
We are welcome to boys and girls age 3 to 7 (pre-school, reception, year 1 and year 2 children). We split our sessions in to bursts of activity in a dynamic round-robin format. Children move from one activity to the next experiencing many of our dedicated coaches who keep them motivated, smiling and on task. Each skill station can be anything from 5-10 minutes long helping to avoid down-time and standing still. The activities are designed to be challenging but cater for all levels of ability. They involve children working individually, but also as part of a team. Lots of mini-games ensure a healthy attitude towards competition with children encouraged to be gracious in victory and humble in defeat. We have a thorough warm up at the beginning of sessions, and end with children knocking over big Rugby tackle bags, whilst having to keep an eye on the coaches with their water pistols!
