This class is for participants ages 10+ years. Our experienced instructors will guide you through learning basic floor skills like forward and backward rolls, cartwheels, handstands, somersaults, backflips and much more. Our classes are not only educational but also fun, and dynamic, creating a supportive environment where students can make new friends and enjoy whilst learning core skills.
