J&R Goalkeeping Masterclass

J&R Goalkeeping Masterclass (7 - 13yrs) at Venue 360, Luton. A specialist course designed for established goalkeepers who want to develop their technique, confidence and understanding of the position. Sessions will focus on handling, footwork, positioning, shot-stopping, distribution, 1v1 situations and decision-making, with goalkeepers challenged through realistic and game-related practices. Delivered by J&R Head Goalkeeper Coach Chris, the course will provide focused specialist training to help goalkeepers become more confident, composed and effective in goal. Who is it for? Goalkeepers aged 7–13 who already regularly play in goal and have experience of the position. This course is not designed as an introduction to goalkeeping for complete beginners. The Goalkeeping Masterclass can be booked alongside a J&R Player Pathway course or as a standalone course.

J&R Technical Masterclass (8 - 13yrs) at Venue 360, Luton. A specialist course designed to improve players’ individual technical ability and confidence on the ball. Sessions will focus on ball mastery, first touch, dribbling, passing & receiving, turning and 1v1 ability, with players challenged to perform their skills at speed and under pressure. Delivered by J&R coach and Bedford Town player Lewis Franklin, the course will provide focused technical training designed to help players become more confident, composed and effective on the ball. Who is it for? Players aged 8–13 who already have a good understanding of the basic techniques and are ready for more focused and challenging technical training. The Technical Masterclass can be booked alongside a J&R Player Pathway course or as a standalone course.

J&R Performance Squad (9 - 13yrs) at Venue 360, Luton. Our highest-level development environment for players who are ready to be challenged. Performance Squad sessions are high-intensity and designed for players who are already performing at a strong level and want to take their game further. Sessions focus on technical quality, speed of play, decision-making, game understanding and performing consistently under pressure. New players are welcome to book. Players will be assessed during their sessions to ensure Performance Squad is the right environment for their current stage of development. Where appropriate, we may recommend another group within the J&R Player Pathway.
