Boost your floor tumble skills with our foundation tumble class developing - walkover flexibility - round off shaping and strength - front and back handspring shaping This class is a great accompaniment to a weekly gymnastics, dance or cheerleading class and will help to boost confidence and success on the floor. Once good execution has been attained, athletes can progress to the intermediate class.

Gymnasts will work on: - advanced connections - somersaults - layouts - twisting - Level 5/6 skills Please note that this class lasts for 1 hour but we ask that tumblers stay for an additional 10 minutes to help roll the mats.
