A fun introduction to aerial silks. This class teaches basic climbing, wrapping, and poses whilst building strength, flexibility and confidence. Prerequisites: No experience needed.
Summit Silks (8 - 16yrs) at St Saviours Church, Bournemouth.
Our Improvers Aerial Silks Class is designed for those who have a foundational understanding of basic aerial silks techniques and are eager to refine their strength, technique, and creativity. This class focuses on building on your existing skills and introducing more challenging sequences, while ensuring you develop both power and grace in the air. Prerequisite: Must have basic aerial silks experience (ability to climb, perform basic wraps, and hold foundational poses)
