Gym Fit (5 - 11.9yrs) at Dumbarton Football Club, Dumbarton.
A gymnastics-based conditioning class for ages 5-12 years. Classes help build confidence, co-ordination, balance, flexibility and strength. We provide a welcoming, friendly and inclusive environment for you to show off your skills! PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: Classes are now payable by monthly subscription on 1st of the month which covers all sessions in the year (39 weeks). If you wish to stop attending we require AT LEAST 4 weeks notice to end your standing order. e.g. if you wish to cancel on 15th September then payment on 1st October would then be your final monthly payment so you could attend until the end of October if you choose. 2 x Trial sessions are bookable to have a taster of what classes involve. This mean that monthly payments are non-refundable under any circumstances. If Covid restrictions interfere with blocks we will either postpone to another day/date or if a prolonged period of time revert to online/Zoom sessions. Classes are non-refundable when we provide an alternative recuperation class. If we have to revert to Zoom due to a lockdown then you can opt to freeze your monthly payments until we reopen.
