Our non-contact boxing club offers an energetic, structured space for children to improve their fitness, coordination, and focus. Designed to be welcoming and accessible for all abilities, the sessions teach the fundamentals of the sport in a completely safe, controlled environment with zero sparring. Children will work through dynamic pad drills, footwork exercises, and fitness games that build agility, balance, and stamina. Beyond the physical workout, the club places a strong emphasis on discipline, resilience, and mutual respect, helping every child grow in confidence both on and off the pads.
