MINI Gymnasts (Must be in full time school) (4 - 6yrs) at Grace College Gateshead, Gateshead. This class is suitable for children aged 4 - 6 years. CHILDREN MUST BE IN FULL TIME SCHOOL SO HAVE TURNED 4 BEFORE 1 SEPTEMBER 2025 The class is independent of parents and guardians (other than the first trial class and any specified viewing sessions) so it’s important that children are able to follow instructions and comfortable to be in the class without their grown up. We understand that it can sometimes be daunting at first, so our friendly and experienced coaches are there to help settle any nerves. Within the class we can cater for different skill levels, whether children are complete beginners or have tried some Gymnastics before. The gymnasts will work through a structured program, tailored to age and ability, with our coaches each week covering different core gymnastics skills and progressions, apparatus and support activities. Progress with skills and demonstration of our values will be rewarded with certificates, stickers and medals. We have a specific set of age appropriate objectives around: Understanding, Skills and Behaviours. Our aim is always to work towards these with our SMILE, MOVE, GROW values at the forefront. This means children have fun and are safe, they are active and engaged and they learn and progress
