Home Ed 'Grow Your Mindset - Believe, Grow, Shine' at London Colney Baptist Church Hall, St Albans. A warm and creative wellbeing session for children aged 7–11 and their parent/carer to connect, explore and grow together. Through creative activities, mindful practices and gentle conversations, children will build confidence, understand and express emotions, develop positive self-talk, learn calming strategies and discover their strengths.
