Intermediate Crew (11 - 18yrs) at Bournemouth School for Girls, Bournemouth.
For 11-18year olds. A higher level of dance is involved in our intermediate class so previous dance experience is beneficial but not a must. We cover Formation Team practice in this class as well as Street Dance, Hip Hop, Disco Freestyle, Rock N Roll, Acro work, & Slow work. Warm ups and cool downs along with cross over practice dance technique. Higher level of fitness through cardio and core strength training.
