Specialist Saj Mahmood Fast Bowling Academy (9 - 16yrs) at William Perkin High School, Greenford. We're excited to launch our Fast Bowling Specialist Academy, led by former England international fast bowler Saj Mahmood. Designed for aspiring fast bowlers who want to develop their game in a professional, high-performance environment, these sessions will provide expert coaching tailored specifically to the demands of pace bowling. Players will benefit from: - Technical fast bowling coaching – developing an efficient, repeatable action, improving pace, accuracy and consistency. - Strength & conditioning – age-appropriate training to build strength, speed, power and resilience while helping to reduce the risk of injury. - Skill-based drills & match training – focused exercises to improve rhythm, control, tactical awareness and game-day performance. With Saj's experience at the highest level of international cricket, players will gain valuable insight into what it takes to become a successful fast bowler. Every session is designed to challenge, inspire and develop young cricketers, helping them unlock their full potential in a supportive and professional environment. Delhi Capitals Specialist T20 Skills Academy (9 - 12yrs) at William Perkin High School, Greenford. All of our sessions are designed by former England international cricketer Saj Mahmood, who will be present at every session. Each session lasts 1 hour and 30 minutes and features a low player-to-coach ratio, ensuring every player receives high-quality coaching and individual attention to maximise their development. Our coaching focuses on the skills required for T20 cricket, the format that today's young players will spend much of their cricketing journey playing. As the game continues to evolve, it's essential that players develop these specialist skills early. By training ahead of the curve, we give our players a significant advantage and the best possible start in an increasingly competitive sport.
