Pre-school Acrobatics

Pre-school Acrobatics (2.5 - 5yrs) at Dancetek Studios, Denny.
In this class, our experienced acrobatics instructors will start with teaching the basics. Mastering skills including rolls, cartwheels, balances, alongside working on our flexibility and building strength to be able to advance on with harder skills. This class will challenge young kids to progress into the world of acrobatics, building the base to allow skills to be advanced. No experience in gymnastics or acrobatics is needed to take part in this class, just the enthusiasm to learn new skills! Throughout the year, alongside the tricks, we will be learning Acrobatic Dances which will packed full of exciting skills and great choreography.
Junior Acrobatics (5 - 7yrs) at Dancetek Studios, Denny.
In this class, our experienced acrobatics instructors will start with teaching the basics. Mastering skills including rolls, cartwheels, balances, alongside working on our flexibility and building strength to be able to advance on with harder skills. This class will challenge young kids to progress into the world of acrobatics, building the base to allow skills to be advanced. Senior Acrobatics (9 - 18yrs) at Dancetek Studios, Denny.
Most challenging class by far, this class doesn’t just teach the acrobats to new skills but also to pushes them to maximise the strength and flexibility needed to be able to do the more complex tricks. Examples of skills that enthusiastic Acrobats could learn to execute are front and back walk-overs, hand-walks, balances, aerials and tumbling skills. This will come with a lot of dedication and hard work, which is needed in this class to be able to progress well. Just like with the other classes, this class will work on new Acrobatic dances including these advanced tricks.
