Pre-Primary Ballet (RAD) & Tap (ISTD) 3yrs - 5yrs( Pre-School & Reception) (3 - 5yrs) at Duchy College, Harrogate.
This class will introduce learners to the fundamentals of Ballet and Tap Dance technique. Pupils will develop their knowledge and understanding of the dance styles learning key terminology alongside developing their performance skills, sense of musicality, rhythm, posture, alignment, and self- confidence. These classes follow the Royal Academy of Dance Ballet (RAD) Syllabus and Imperial Society for Teachers of Dance Tap (ISTD) Syllabus. Though not compulsory, it is encouraged for pupils attending this class to take their RAD Dance Assessment at the end of the Spring Term / Summer Term 26/27.
