Fun Base Basketball 5-7Yrs (Mixed Group) (5 - 7yrs) at South Chingford Foundation School, London. This session is suitable for Beginners 5-7 yrs old introduction to basketball in fun play. Come and enjoy multiple weeks of basketball training with Cruz Basketball. Opportunity develop your skills and enhance your knowledge of the game. Compulsory: - Players must purchase Cruz Training Kit using the following link: https://www.sixthmanbasketball.co.uk/cruz-basketball-academy Personal Development: - Ball Handling - Shooting - Dribbling - Passing - Speed - Quickness - Strength & Conditioning PREPARATION: - Arrive to the venue already changed and ready to play - Bring water bottle - Players can bring their own basketball (We sell basketballs) Please be aware that some of these venues, particularly those located in schools, may become unavailable to us during exam periods, typically in the winter and summer months. This is a common situation for community sports clubs that utilise school facilities. Our Commitment: During exam periods, Cruz Sports Coaching will make every reasonable effort to secure suitable alternative venues in the local area. Our goal is to minimize disruption and avoid session cancellations whenever possible. We understand that alternative locations may not be as convenient for all members, and we appreciate your flexibility and understanding in these circumstances. Cruz Bball Under 10s Development Team (7 - 9yrs) at South Chingford Foundation School, London. This is an invitation-only ✉️ session designed for players who have demonstrated the potential and drive to represent Cruz Sports Group in competitive leagues. This class moves beyond foundational drills and introduces players to the Master BQ (Basketball Intelligence) 🧠 required for team success. Our focus is on the process of becoming a competitive athlete. Players will work on: Tactical Awareness: Learning offensive and defensive formations 📋. Technical Mastery: Applying skills like shooting and spacing in high-pressure game scenarios ⚡. Leadership & Life Skills: Developing decision-making, communication, and accountability within a team culture 🗣️. This session is the primary pathway for selection into our competitive squads for the upcoming season. We expect players to arrive with a Can-Do attitude and a willingness to be coached and challenged! 💪 Requirements: Identified potential/Invite only.
