BALLET AND CONTEMPORARY DANCE 13Y+ (13 - 17.9yrs) at TOWER THEATRE: London N16, London. A fun and creative dance class combining classical ballet and contemporary dance. We’ll explore rhythm, musicality and different ways of moving, with plenty of challenges along the way. Expect to move across the space, work on the floor and get into the air! We’ll develop strength, flexibility, coordination and movement memory, while also exploring choreography and finding your own style. There will be lots of opportunities to experiment, make choices and bring your own ideas into the dancing. A great class for anyone who enjoys ballet, contemporary dance, or simply loves to move and create. *All the participants are free to wear whatever they wish - anything that is comfortable, safe and easy to move in. For the best dancing experience, we recommend ballet shoes or socks providing that they are not too slippery.

BALLET AND CONTEMPORARY DANCE 10-13Y (10 - 13.9yrs) at TOWER THEATRE: London N16, London. These creative classes will cover the fundamentals of classical ballet, jazz and modern/contemporary dance techniques. We will build strength, stamina and flexibility while enjoying the movement. There will be a big emphasis on rhythm, musicality and precise anticipation of dance steps. We will train our movement memory in order to dance more freely. We will encourage the participants to find artistry and make independent choices while dancing. The classes are dynamic, fun and will challenge you to move across the space, on the floor and in the air! *All the participants are free to wear whatever they wish - anything that is comfortable, safe and easy to move in. For the best dancing experience, we recommend ballet shoes or socks providing that they are not too slippery.

Structured improvisation tasks help us to explore endless possibilities of movement. We get inspired by one another, every participant has a chance to express themselves. Through fun choreographic tasks, we encourage children to make their own dances. We continuously use our imagination and creativity, we learn to dance through play! *All the participants are free to wear whatever they wish - anything that is comfortable, safe and easy to move in.
