Gym fit family (6 - 18.9yrs) at Holmfield Mills, Halifax.
Suitable for beginners. A fun opportunity for you and your family to get moving and enjoy quality time together. Using British Gymnastics Gym Fit framework we will work on all aspects of your families fitness. Including coordination, balance, cardiovascular fitness and strength. This is a HITT style workout but will be interspersed with games. Rediscover your inner child whilst strengthening that bond with your actual child(ren). This class is aimed at parents and children attending together. This class is an Active Calderdale initiative and is subsidised for the first 20 weeks costing £1 per person per week. Once the class has been running for 20 weeks it will be £2.50 per person per session for the remaining 20 weeks. Thereafter there will be a monthly charge of £19.50 per pair of members. Discounts for additional siblings will apply. Adults of all ages and abilities are welcome
Skills development (6 - 16yrs) at Holmfield Mills, Halifax.
This more intense class focuses not only on skills but, the strength and flexibility work needed to achieve a higher quality of gymnastic competence. Focussed on commonly desired acrobatic skills, this class is well suited to children with the motivation to work hard to achieve their goals. This class is two hours long.
